The staff is really nice and helpful. As we mistakenly booked the wrong room that had to climb upstairs. She changed the room for us. And the housekeeper was very sweet guiding is to the restaurant nearby.

Bad check in experience. The receptionist asked us to cancel the online booking, and insist us to re-book the hotel through their own platform.

Great budget hotel
Nice hotel with great location and polite staff. Some parts of hotel are newly renovated and look great i.e. reception and dining area.
Rooms seems somewhat renovated but showing their age especially around shower area. Having said that, they are cleaned regularly and our room was large. It was had large balcony with clothes drying rack (very handy) and small table and chairs. I will take that any day over smaller new hotel with lack of amenities.
Staff especially at reception was polite and helpful. Cannot judge their English level as we had native speakers with us.
Location is very convenient - quiet at night and close to metro station.

You will be happy! And what a breakfast!
Modern, beautiful and conveniently located hotel just a few minutes walk from Dongzhimen station where the airport express leaves. Very friendly staff, some speak English. Extremely affordable price for a mid-range hotel, I paid 63 euros per night for two with an eDreams prime discount and of all the hotels I tried in Beijing it was my favourite. The area is not the most beautiful but it is still well located for going to the tourist places. The room was beautiful, with two large, comfortable beds and a small table and two armchairs with a small tea set. Large shower and essential accessories. There is also a free do-it-yourself laundry service which I found excellent, with professional washer and dryer and ironing facilities. The breakfast is amazing, a very rich buffet with fresh noodles that can also be ordered at the moment. Everything very clean, 4 bottles of water and everything renewed every day. There is also a robot that brings tidy things to the floor.
It is mainly used by businessmen so it is very quiet and peaceful. In fact, one night when we had guests and we were drinking tea and chatting in the room, laughing and joking, we were called back for too much noise by a poor neighbor .
Recommended, you will be happy. There are many places in the center that cost 45 euros but they are dives in comparison
