Central hutong

Very good location near tube station. Very difficult to find! Staff very helpful despite not speaking English. We weren’t fond of Beijing but the hotel was lovely and clean. Lovely dumpling restaurant down the road must try

Little and special gem

We booked a 3 bed-room for 3 nights and couldn't have found any better boutique hotel in a real hutong!
2min walk from Guloudajie station of line 2, quite place but close to nice alleys.
Hotel combines old and new stile, our room was on 2 floors, clean, bed and sleeping-sofa very comfortable. Staff speaks English, friendly and helpful.
No breakfast, but they have a terrace where you can cook yourself, make your own coffee (bring it) and sit with the view over old rooftops!
I highly recommend this hidden place, guests are mostly foreigners.

Clean and modern but not for everyone

The staff is really nice and helpful, the day shift people can speak some English as well. The place is well decorated and modern, close to a subway station as well. It has a nice rooftop sundeck which I didn’t have time to use unfortunately. What I really didn’t like is that there are no windows in the rooms and I felt claustrophobic. There is only a small skylight, which you can’t see through. If you want to see outside while you stay there, you need to use the common area on the rooftop. The place is also quite hidden in the alleys and difficult to find. Have your taxi call them when you are nearby so someone can come and get you. Cars cannot get to the hotel through the alley. You need to walk 3 min through narrow ways to get there.

Modern hotel in great location

The stuff is very helpful, even the English is limited. We got for both rooms an upgrade. A metro station and bar area is nearby. The place is hidden, but you can find with the description. The terrace is amazing.
Unfortunately, we found some hairs in the bathrooms.

Nice place very well located

It is a great ocasión to know how is a Hooton. The hotel is right in the model. The neighbor is very helpful. He hotel is confotable and very well decorated. I recomend it very much. They also have family rooms and a terrace with views of the hooton
