Have had a good stay in this hotel. Specially Tks to the check in staff, 小淇 for the extra support provided for a foreigner.

abit inconvenient if you r taking a didi there, the car cannot stop outside the hotel, only the hotel nearby. room was big and clean, but the heater was not really working so the room felt abit cold. we feedback to the staff about that, and it was abit better but still abit cold at night, not sure why but the temp can only be set at 22 degrees. the first pic was the room they gave us at the start(housekeeping not done, we just store our luggage there and went out) and it was abit diff from the pic we booked from trip. so we went to ask the staffs, if we can change a room but staff told us is the correct room type.(yes is correct but maybe coz is a corner room, so it is a bit smaller and diff) so i told him the room is abit diff from the pictures, then the staff told us: “pics are only for reference”. lol, wells but thankgod he still changed a room for us. n it finally feels right after changing.

Great location with a lot of malls nearby. Room is huge and facilities are quite new. Very grand entrance and comfortable beds.
Take note that you have to walk out to take a cab. The air condition has only a heat option.

My experience with this hotel was insufficient

Hotel was lovely very clean and despite my out of sync sleeping ha it's I always returned to a clean room. Certainly worth the money.
The bath was a nice big western style bath, plenty of room.
The only small inconvenience was when using the Didi app to book a taxi the hotel is in a small traffic controlled area so you need to get dropped around 300m-500m away but other than that great would stay agin
