A Stunning Retreat with Exceptional Service!
Beijing Friendship Hotel is a true gem that beautifully blends traditional Chinese elegance with modern comfort. It’s a perfect mix of culture, comfort, and top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended!
The rooms are clean and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service. Due to a time zone mix-up, I accidentally booked an extra night for our two rooms, but the staff went above and beyond to correct my reservation without any hassle, ensuring I only paid for the nights I stayed. Their kindness and professionalism made a lasting impression. I would love to stay there again!!

Highly recommend this hotel to all, and this is a quiet location to stay.
However, there are many hotels in the same complex, and one has to check carefully which hotel has been booked for checking in to avoid confusion.
Let taxi driver know the exact one.

Beijing experience

The room was very nice, with a balcony unfortunately not viable. The structure consists of several buildings, surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is mostly Chinese but there is also a western part, very good.
The metro and a shopping center are within walking distance.

A different surprise

After five years, I returned to Beijing and stayed in the VIP building of Friendship Hotel for 16 nights. I would say that this was the best choice I made when I returned to China this time. I have stayed in countless hotels, but Friendship Hotel has a Chinese garden with beautiful scenery at every step, exquisite Chinese decoration, original art paintings, luxurious toiletries that are full of surprises, and dining. It is also a nostalgic classic. All the services of Friendship Hotel are amazing. From the front desk to the lobby to the room, every staff member is gentle, polite and dedicated. So proper and so elegant! Next time I return to Beijing, I will definitely stay at Beijing Friendship Hotel again! All the details are so beautiful, thank you again!

Love the room we booked. Will definiately come back.
Overall very spacious and clean.
Toilet looks abit old but well maintained and importantly it is clean.
Hotel compound is big with other building and require abit of walk to go out of the place. We cab alot so it was not a problem.

The wooden door divider between the bedroom and living was not working. I couldnt close it so it was left open like picture throughout my stay. Not a problem but fyi to all.
