The hotel is clean and the service is good. But I don’t know why they give me more drinks but only 2 bottles of water a day, and it costs 5 yuan to get an extra bottle of water.

Hotel lobby is super pretty, rooms are a little bit old. Could be more modern. I prefer modern style. People who like old fashioned style will like the rooms. Gym is very good, pool is nice and for playing ping pong I needed to pay a little extra. Breakfast is very good!

Very good experience that's why I have stayed here 3 times since last May, either by myself or with my family of 5. Facilities: Rooms and suites are spacious, some with balconies that look out to the mountains nearby. There is a big garden where my kids ran around and played by themselves. When the weather was nice, we would push my mom in her wheelchair to enjoy some sun in the garden. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of Chinese and western food. There is a small bakery that has decent fresh grounded coffee (we only ordered black coffee), wish it opened earlier than 11am though. There is one Chinese restaurant with pretty good food but not a big selection. For a hotel this big, it would be nice if there is one more restaurant so guests can have a bit of variety. The gym has good equipments. We didn't use the changing room as the lockers are small and shower cubicles don't have curtains or doors for privacy. Service: excellent. Especially the front desk manager Ms. Sun and the Chinese restaurant manager Ms. Wu are very attentive, patient and very helpful with my requests. Location: lovely quiet surroundings. No restaurants or convenient shops within walking distance. There are good restaurants with 10 - 20 minutes drive.
