servuce by the front office staff especially MS Ida is excellent! She was very patient with us being non IT SAVVY and not familiar with weixin . She guided us along and recommended the places of interest / makan places for us to visit and even wrote down on piece of paper how to go about it!! It’s really make our stay at the hotel memorial! She even arranged with the restaurant to pack our breakfast at 0600 hours as we are taking the 0930 flight even though the restaurant breakfast starts at 0730 hours !
Keep up the good and excellent work Ms Ida !
Ms Lisa also worth mentioning as she also help us when MS Ida was busy at the counter.
The only disadvantage was there was no night lights . and bedside lights for night reading .

Very friendly and helpful staff (not the greatest English speakers but good enough)
Breakfast was very varied and catered for my English requirements. (It was even cheaper than quoted on here too… only 35yuan)
Room was lovely, a little hot but nice as it was very cold outside.
No door on toilet but I was alone so this wasn’t an issue.
No door not disturb sign to hang on door but when asked they left my room undisturbed.
Free popcorn, snacks and coffee machine in foyer.
Gym is very small and not much to train on.
Fast, reliable WiFi.
My only real complaint was unable to access the rooftop garden. When I inquired told “it was too cold”. Not your choice to make. I am a smoker and didn’t enjoy having to go down to the street to smoke (they do have a little corner out front with bench and ashtray to smoke though)
Short walk from Beijing South train station.
I recommend, especially for the price and would use again if I return to Beijing

The best stay and accommodation ever!! Very great experience, and the staff especially the two young ladies and mister with specs are all so friendly and helpful with tips when i asked for recommendations to the Great Wall. Free snacks for helpings at the lobby too. Thank you for the kindness and memories. I will return soon and hope to see familiar faces~ keep it up! Jiayou!

There’s not much around the hotel but it’s only about a 15-20 minute walk from Beijing South Railway Station. The room is simple but nice, plus they have coffee and popcorn available in the lobby. Breakfast is again, simple but ok, and the little rooftop gym and seats are pleasant.

My friends were very happy with the service provided by the hotel. The rooms are slightly smaller than the ones they stayed in Tianjin. Nevertheless, they are happy with the breakfast and, the hotel location.
