Excellent hotel. Not a great location for public transportation. Hotel restaurants are overpriced. Staff is fantastic.

My daughter stayed here for several nights before moving into her college dorm for study abroad. Are said the hotel was great. She had a spotless king size suite on the 16th floor and she loved the breakfast each morning. On her first day to celebrate the new year there was a lion dance performance at the hotel. Great stay!

Service was 9/10. But the breakfast cafe and rooms are looking very tired....they need to renovate.

Very weird that few days before arrival, the hotel and trip.com call me daily to ask for my arrival time. I feel a bit annoyed as I already told them at the 1st call. But at the I have to answer it few times. 😒😒😒 Not sure is hotel or trip.com problem.
Location is a bit far from the center area. Take taxi at least 30mins every time.
