A good stay overall

I had a very comfortable and satisfying stay overall at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Zhenru metro station, and having a major shopping mall right across the street is incredibly convenient for dining. The rooms are clean, modern, and very well-equipped.However, there were two main downsides during my stay. First, the breakfast at Café Metro was a disappointment. The choice of items was quite limited, and the food was not restocked efficiently. If you arrived a bit later, many dishes were completely empty. Second, the lobby layout is inconvenient; while you are waiting for a taxi, there is nowhere to sit down and wait.The staff were polite, and the rest of the amenities were great, but management definitely needs to improve the breakfast replenishment and add some seating options in the pickup area. I would still recommend staying here, but keep these minor flaws in mind.

Stayed for a while

I stayed here for a long while. The location was very convenient and well connected 很方便。As a foreigner, I sometimes needed help because of the language barrier. They were always very polite and helpful at the concierge. Special thanks to Dylan and his colleagues! 谢谢你们。

Nice modern hotel, good facilities and laundry service

Modern comfy hotel, small rooms.
Nice bar and leisure facilities, especially gym.
Laundry service excellent and cheap at 20 garments for £5!
Breakfast not great for western tastes but plenty of food. Decent location near a mall, overall a decent hotel for a few nights.
