Good location, close to tourist attractions. Greeting staff is very helpful and willing to explain hotel facilities to us. We will definitely come to this hotel next time when we visit Shanghai.

Bof on service well for the location
We arrived for 3 nights, the room was dirty and the smells inconvenient. We asked this morning to change it, as our agency supported our request.
We had to repack our bags, leave them at the front desk.
Back to our hotel at the end of the day, our luggage had not been dropped off in our new room. No one cared about us, the reception just gave us the new room, it was up to us to re-deposit and reinstall everything.
Not even a word of apology.
The service is to be reviewed.

First of all, it is unacceptable that your initial room was dirty and had unpleasant odors. We have immediately shared your comments with our housekeeping team to ensure that all rooms meet our cleanliness standards before check-in.
Regarding your room change request – we understand that you had to repack your luggage and leave it at the front desk. However, we deeply regret that when you returned in the evening, your bags had not been moved to your new room. Even worse, no one assisted you or offered an apology. The front desk simply gave you the new room key and left you to handle everything on your own. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we are truly sorry for the lack of care and empathy you experienced.
Please be assured that we have addressed this issue with our front desk and bell service teams. We will reinforce the importance of proactive communication, assistance with luggage, and offering sincere apologies when things go wrong. A room change should be handled smoothly and with consideration for the guest’s comfort – not as an inconvenience.

The room was nice and clean. I loved the location of this hotel and found it walkable to almost everything I wanted to do. The staff was very helpful, and they even had cards you could give taxi drivers with the address of the hotel for the language barrier. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great value hotel with great location and breakfast. I had nothing to complain about the hotel. I was arrived to this hotel after I stopped at another destination before Shanghai. My after heavy use of sunblock and sun exposure with not kid friendly hotel soup usage, my son started to develop rashes on his face by the time arriving in Shanghai, checking in at hotel. We were hoping it will get better but it got worse as we went forward with our travel plans in shanghai. By our third day, when checking out from the hotel to depart to Disneyland, our son's face had noticeable rashes, my wife wanted to take him to a hospital to get a check up. Luckily we had a travel insurance and we wanted to take our son to some of the listed hospitals to visit by international traveler. So we asked the lo by receptionist and I think her name was Suki. She helped us to make a call to the hospital and set up an appointment for was to go immediately with about 15 minutes raxi ride. We then was able to arrive at the hospital had my son checked up by a doctor received an medication and given a direction on what to watch out for and what might be a possible cause. We were about two hours behind wirh our original schedule to go visit Disneyland and we were able to go with medications and peace of mind knowing that it was not anything too serious and could go forward with travel plans with medication and right ways to protect and prevent. We were super grateful for the hotel staffs.
