Fantastic Hotel for English Speaking Foreigners

Fantastic Accommodation a True 5 Star Resort unlike many other Hotels claim to be.
We had a Ocean view Room on the 14th floor the views of the Beach and Bay were Spectacular. So much activity day and night on the foreshore in front of the Hotel and the Views at night are spectacular with all the Highrise's lit up. The staff here are so friendly and helpful and the facilities are perfect. it has it's own restaurants and shops there is even a Robot delivering food and takeaways to your Room. The reviews that say you cant swim in the beaches at Sanya City are untrue, this only applies to when the is a Storm. Everything in the city is a short walk away and most Didi's from here will only cost you $3 AUD at most with no waiting also it is not true that you can't hail a Taxi.
The Pool is great and the lifeguards are real characters and very friendly. There are too many tourist attractions nearby to list. this Hotel is in the best location to explore the real China. The desk staff are so helpful and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable we cant thank them enough.

The beach is very close to the hotel, nice view. Good breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and clean, a little bit old already. There’s a bus stop and tram close to the hotel and a lot of restaurants with good prices close.

Great location. The hotel is about 30 minutes by car from the airport. The Sanya Bay beach is a few minutes walk across the road from the hotel. There are many shops near the hotel and it’s a 10-minute walk from a supermarket. Also you can find a lot of (mostly local) restaurants around. The hotel itself has a nice restaurant where you can enjoy hot pot with a wide choice of fresh seafood.
My room had an amazing sea view from the balcony. The seascape during the day, evening and night is different and it is just mesmerizing.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Sharon from the hotel’s front desk knows English well. She provided me with a quick service by WeChat during my stay at the hotel, which is important for me as a foreigner.
The furniture in the room is not new, but it’s equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay there during a vacation. Throughout my stay at the hotel, the room was clean and tidy. The cleaning staff were very attentive and pleasant.
Considering the above, my rating for this hotel is excellent!
I highly recommend to choose a sea view room to completely enjoy your stay here :)
