This hotel was what I would expect. It was slightly on the cheaper end so it was small but was clean, not expensive and very nice! I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel for a couple nights
The hotel doesn't pull four stars. Two of them. There's no pool, rather tired and dilapidated, the food is monotonous, with a national slant. Room - no safe, wallpaper falling off, parquet frayed. Ants!!! Feels like a dorm. Cleanly “roll the dice”, overnight 3-4 nights.
Objectively about the good: Conday works. The room is tired, but the beds and chairs are comfortable. Cleaned every day. Water, tea for free, replenished with cleaning every day. As soon as the ants were discovered, the room was exchanged in five minutes. Reception speaks only Chinese, but deftly uses an online interpreter. Taxis are called without a problem. The main advantage is the location of the hotel. Five minutes to the sea, at the intersection of shopping streets. Large shops within walking distance. Before the park, the Deer turned their heads on foot (but we're three-stripped).

The air-conditioning in the first room didn't work very well.
-Sold the room I was in-while I was in it, and the smaller room, supposedly the only one they had, was half the size with no tub and cost 100 rmb more.
- The restaurant staff didn't understand Russian, English or Chinese and a few looked at me unfriendly.
- there was one very helpful friendly young man working the front desk daytime shift, the rest of the ladies were unfriendly. Breakfast was decent and worth the price.
The water wasn't hot enough.

Walking distance to the beach. Surrounded by many food/shopping/supermarkets. Decent sized room, very clean and maintained. Worth the price. Definitely recommended.

I've decided to stay for another night - great location, super lovely room with a big bath tub, a comfortable bed and everything is very clean. No bugs or mosquitoes. No smoke smell whatsoever. They also provide slippers and bathrobes. The team at the front desk is really helpful - I want to say thank you to 姗姗 and the nice gentleman at checkout who even gave me a bookmark as a souvenir.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to Nanshan. Pick up was on time :)
The beach is just around the corner and there are many options to get food. And also a great Thai massage just across the street (tugged away on the third floor, there's an elevator). Oh and the shower is separated, so there's no wet floor.
