Owning a private beach area, Sanyawan Yin Yun Seaview Holiday Hotel boasts a year-round outdoor pool and a restaurant. Directly facing the alluring sea, the hotel provides soothing guestrooms with free WiFi and access to free parking. The hotel is just 15 minutes taxi ride away from Sanya Phoenix International Airport. Nanshan Temple is a 30-minute drive away while Tianya Haijiao is located 20 minutes drive away. With plenty of natural light coming through the floor-to-ceiling window, each airy room is decorated with marble flooring and wooden furnitures. You may find a flat-screen cable TV, a closet and a working desk in each unit. There are a seating area, a minibar and a cosy sofa where you may relax in. In some units, you can expect a refreshing sea view at the private balcony. Also the en suite bathroom is fitted with a marble basin vanity, a large mirror and a walk-in shower. Extra amenities include a hairdryer, slippers, bathrobe and free toiletries. On the private beach area, guests can enjoy a leisurely afternoon under the shades of beach parasol for free. Alternatively, to take a dip in the infinity pool is a nice choice and free of charge. Extras include fax and photocopy, and laundry services and extra charges may apply. Tantalising cuisines made of fresh sea produce await your arrival in the on-site restaurant. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a valid government-issued ID card or passport upon check-in. Please note that during 11 Aug - 29 Sep 2016, this property reserves the right to release the room after 17:00 on the day of check-in. We stayed for one night before our flight. It is very close to the airport, it took about 15mins in a taxi with some traffic. We couldn’t hear the planes in the room, but maybe rooms at the back of the hotel would be able to. We had a sea view room, it was spacious with a balcony. Two minute walk to the beach, which is very nice, clean and not busy. Beautiful sunset and sunrise.
The hotel building and furniture is dated in appearance but clean and well looked after. The bed was firm but comfortable, with very soft sheets and comfy pillows. Towels and toiletries provided.
There isn’t a door on the doorway to the bathroom, but inside the bathroom area the toilet and shower were in cubicles.
The pool was a good size and looked clean. We didn’t end up swimming in it because we swam in the sea. There was a breakfast room but we didn’t eat there so can’t comment on the quality. There is a small shop next to the reception selling snacks, drinks and beach items reasonably priced.
There is a small town within easy walking distance with lots of restaurants and local shops.
One thing that some may find annoying is that between the road and beach there is a public walkway/park where locals play instruments, sing, exercise etc. At points during the day it was noisy.
Overall a great stay and would recommend.

The hotel staff's lack of English and Russian was disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast menu at the hotel was poor. However, the service and cleanliness were good. The view was great, and the swimming pool was clean, which I liked. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This is my second time using in this hotel and I like it . location is near the airport that especially convenient if you have night flight . At the same time the hotel has a good beach just in front. All the rooms are clean and tidy. I like little balcony where I drank tea in the evening. The staff is helpful, when I just arrived I got the room from the airport side and it was noisy when the planes take off. So next morning hotel changed my room to the room with the sea side. I also ordered breakfast there . It’s simple Chinese breakfast, not very delicious, but there is a coffee machine and coffee was good. There is nothing to visit around but 15 mins by taxi and you can get to the noisy touristic area.

We stayed here mainly for the pool, well cleaned and spacious. Room was okay, little bit of smell but you get used to it with an air conditioner on. Welcome staff are friendly and helpful. Had no problem understanding each other using translating apps. The little store at the reception has almost everything you may need except any medicines. Location is bit far from other travel areas. Oh the yacht tour, i wouldn’t recommend it if you are not chinese national. We regret going there, to get to 2nd and 3th floor we paid 150yuan per person and still wasnt worth it just better not going. The restaurant there have decent foods the little girl is really cute and can speak some English. Overall loved staying there except the yacht tour
