The worst receptionist , super rude and shows an attitude for fellow travelers especially if they are foreigners . 1: I have asked the gentleman that someone is coming to see me , he rudely said you need to come down yourself 2: my delivery food arrived and o had to come down myself to grab it , while I am seeing them helping another Chinese person to buy cigarette and giving it to him all the way to his room. 3: I asked the girl the receptionist to help me call the delivery personal and she didn’t even let me finish my talk and rudely blocked my request saying “ we don’t help clients use our phone “ once I was leaving she was talking bad about me and how my face is saying the word “ this lawai is scary “ the hotel is full of racist except the aunties who clean the rooms + the security guards . The rest need to go learn how to do hotel business . I am extremely disappointed and will never ever stay at this hell again !
