还有脸回复，你们就这么干吧，我都回家半个月了，现在想起来还是恶心，你这种在城市里开的快捷酒店，怎么能做到这么差的，你干净不干净都先放一边，那么大的噪音问题不解决，总会有下一个客人来差评的！一整个晚上，临大街的过车噪音，根本就无法睡觉，那住你的180元酒店还有什么意义，如果房价是18元，我就在房间坐一晚上，不睡了，也算说得过去，在你这退房之后我们又住了汕头的另一个酒店，都是春节期间，人家140元一晚，干净、新不说，还不临街，没噪音，踏踏实实我连住了两晚补了两个好觉，你要是偏远地区开这么一个又破又吵的酒店也说不出来啥，但你那可是汕头市区啊，你们老板怎么不想着改善一下呢，就舍不得花钱换个好窗户？别动不动说什么隔壁酒店恶意差评，我就一游客，春节假期从北方专门来你们广东搞一个吃喝之旅的，美食第一是真没毛病，从广州佛山海陆丰汕尾到潮汕揭阳全都是好吃的，但这次就你这家酒店可真是恶心到我了！还特么有脸回复我，让你们老板重新花钱装装，都不知道怎么得罪客人的，服了，光想着挣钱不投资，哪儿有那么美的事儿！
