It’s one of the best hotel which I stayed in. Highly recommend! Very clean, near the metro station, view from room is amazing, stuff speaks English. It’s in children’s museum, and it’s very cute!

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

We booked this room so that we could add a bed to accommodate our family. The room was very spacious but our family ended up with bed bug bites from both the main and extra beds.
The bathroom and shower doors were translucent so you can see the persons inside when the light is on. Therefore, although the toilet, shower and wash basin are separate, only one person can use any at one time unless you are comfortable with others being able to see you.
We had requested to add a breakfast for each day as we had three persons in our room. Instead of adding this automatically to the room each day, we had to tell the breakfast staff every morning to bill us, or they won’t let the third person in. On the first day, the staff was in fact pretty rude when questioning us, as though we were lying to them, so it didn’t feel good for the rest of our stay. This could have been avoided with better coordination. As the food was also so-so, we decided to go to a different place for breakfast on our final day although we already paid for breakfast for two in our booking.
The silicon divider for the bathroom door dropped out on the first day and the bathroom drainage was dirty. We could see clumps of dirt floating around the drainage when we tried to spray clean it on the first day. The drainage around the shower area was shallow so it was not flowing well and threatened to overflow when we took the showers.
After we told the hotel concierge about the bug bites, the hotel offered to not charge us for the extra bed per room. However, given that this happened in a pretty new hotel that had rave reviews on Trip.com, we are left with a pretty scarred memory of Shenzhen, and are unlikely to visit again. I would also think twice about using Trip.com for hotel bookings as the reviews don’t seem as genuine as another booking platform we had used frequently before. This was the first time we used the platform for hotel bookings.

Regarding the bug bites you mentioned, we immediately initiated the emergency response, engaging professional pest control services for thorough treatment of the affected areas and inspected all guest rooms and public spaces. Despite our existing pest prevention procedures, this incident highlighted areas needing enhancement, and we will step up inspection and prevention efforts. The Engineering Department has repaired the bathroom door and facilities and will conduct regular checks. We’ve conducted staff training and optimized the breakfast service process to avoid misunderstandings. Cleaning standards for hard - to - reach areas have been refined, and supervision has been intensified.
