Mixed experience: polite staff and nice facilities, but service and pool experience need improvement

We stayed at this hotel recently and found the experience to be a bit of a mixed bag.
Service and staff
The staff is eager to help and genuinely well-meaning, but they tend to be overly timid and struggle with English proficiency. Interactions often feel overly process-driven, rigid, and somewhat robotic, which takes away from a warm, spontaneous, and personalized experience.
Indoor pool and wellness
The indoor pool was a major disappointment. The atmosphere was very noisy and uncomfortably hot, making it almost impossible to relax. Furthermore, enforcing a mandatory swim cap policy is completely outdated and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.
Overall impression
While the hotel has potential, the lack of natural hospitality, language barriers, and overly strict management rules significantly impact the overall comfort of the stay.

An unforgettable hotel

A beautiful hotel with super facilities this was. Great gym, long pool (with super views), nice restaurant and a very large breakfast buffet. The janitor deserves extra kudos. He arranged a restaurant booking and was very helpful. Top experience.

Wow Effect Stay

First-time visitors to this city, we’ve found this property to be a wonderful place to stay. The rooms and facilities are excellent, and the staff are generally attentive and approachable. A special shout-out to Philip(if I got the name right), the Chief Concierge, who went out of his way to assist us—truly appreciated. The area is still developing with some construction nearby, but it hasn’t diminished our positive experience. Overall, a very memorable stay.
