Stone throw from MTR which I took from HK.
Very convenient.
Room view was spectacular.
Room seems dated but ok.

We booked a delux room, but upgraded to Horizan club access, felt it was fully worth the extra 400+ yuan. Included tea time snack, and happy hour 5.30 - 7.30pm, with wine, choices of beer, whisky and food, including rice, noodles like a mini buffet. Completely chilled. Stayed only 1 night, so didnt have enough time to spend at the spa etc... Great choice for a quick get away!

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

all the room’s facilities are so old. No tea n instant coffee, toilet has no air circulation, carpet so dirty, toilet has no socket for hairdryer, only bath tub with plastic curtain. All these facilities are only found in 90’s and no upgrade the room! How come they can charge the 4-star hotel room rate!!! Stay away!

With safety in the swimming environment as a primary concern, visitors are required to wear swimming caps before entering the pool to prevent hair loss from clogging the swimming pool's circulation system. Please kindly note that Shangri-La Shenzhen has been selected as one of the esteemed business negotiation venue for the China Food and Drinks Fair, taking place from 23 to 29 October 2024. During this event, we would like to ensure a seamless experience for all our guests.
