Li Bin is fantastic.

The hotel is located next to Lion Mountain, the hotel environment is elegant and comfortable and warm, the surroundings are good, the staff Li Bin is great, help us solve the problem, will come back again.

Worst possible experience.

The experience was unbelievably bad, not worth the banyan tree brand that it belongs to. The staff were not well trained. Despite that I booked through Expedia and paid for in advance, they charged my credit card.

Excellent value for money, beautiful scenery and best service from Danny from pre arrival, the stay and departure, he made sure everything was flawless. We felt right at home even before our arrival, he was really helpful. we will definetely come back again because of Danny’s service and thoughtfulness. Not even ultra luxury hotels can be this personal.

Happy May Day

At check-in, security officers come forward to help open doors, carry luggage, smile throughout to guide the parking lot location, and gently remind to lock the windows. The hotel's garden-style design is quiet and elegant, the room push window can see the Lion Mountain view, the bed is soft and comfortable, smart curtains and bathtub design is thoughtful, especially for family outings, the child screams "like living in a forest castle"!
