Wonderful experience!

Location was so so, within walking distance from an compound which houses many expensive restaurants but the food especially at BOC ITALIAN was wonderful. The Australian supermarket was a let down.
Breakfast not an extensive spread but the fried stuff was not soaking in oil, so that's a positive.
We stayed in a suite and had connecting rooms, the living room was huge with access to a huge balcony. TV channels were acceptable and the best thing was the suite itself had a powder room with toilet bowl and an ensuite. Best for groups.
Staff was also very polite and always greeted us with a smile.
Overall a very value for money hotel with top notch service.

We had a wonderful stay at Artyzen Habitat Suzhou and truly appreciate the excellent service provided by the hotel team. Due to an unexpected flight delay, I was unable to stay the first night of my three-night booking, and I was very grateful that the hotel kindly refunded the first night. This level of understanding and flexibility really made a difference.
Throughout our stay, the service was consistently excellent. The room cleaning service in particular was outstanding—our room was always spotless, well organized, and very comfortable.
The breakfast options were also great, with a good variety to choose from. We especially enjoyed the Suzhou noodles, which were delicious and a highlight of our mornings.
Overall, Artyzen Habitat Suzhou exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful service, cleanliness, and dining experience. We even extended our stay after the initial booking and highly recommend it to others visiting Suzhou.

Hotel nupvo in commercial area with shops and restaurants. Nice room, large and equipped with everything you need. Really nice slippers and bathrobes. Great tea offered and minimalist decor. Good breakfast. Valid the restaurant with competitive prices
