Very Nice and a surprisingly there is a park next to it (and its free)

Visited Suzhou for the first time and visited Pan Pacific Hotel, it was a very good stay with the park just next to it. 200% recommended for anyone who wants an authentic experience of classic China experience.
Room is clean and well maintained, service is also very sincere compared to Shanghai.

Good job Pan.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Suzhou. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed with great professionalism and warmth. We received a very welcome free upgrade to a splendid suite, which made our experience even more special.
A special thanks goes to Polly, who was truly exceptional: very kind, always smiling, helpful, and attentive to our every need. Her courtesy and her way of taking care of guests truly made the difference and made us feel at home.
The hotel is elegant, cared for down to the smallest detail, and in a perfect location for visiting Suzhou. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to experience a high-level stay. If we return to Suzhou, we will definitely choose the Pan Pacific again.

swimming pool is like public swimming pool with lots of neighbohood kids having lessons, if you are looking for a nice outdoor swimming pool to chill and relax, this is not for you.
