This is one the best 5 star hotels I’ve stayed around the world, and the best shower hands down. The next one would be ihg in Osaka. The staff is amazingly friendly, room and hotel is new and clean. The hotel is attached to 3 subway lines, it’s close enough to airport with a short taxi ride, and not far from the popular places in hankou. The night view out the window with the Farris wheel was serene, very relaxing place. The breakfast had great selections and lots of local favorites. It also had a nice clean pool. I would recommend this place to anyone!

During check-in, the front desk staff member had very limited English proficiency and relied entirely on a translation app. While we understand language barriers may exist, it was rather frustrating, especially in the hospitality industry where basic English communication is generally expected.
The hotel’s location on Google Maps was inaccurate, causing us to get lost and waste considerable time. Upon arrival, the gate staff did not greet us, and no assistance was offered with our luggage.
However, the bellboy on the day of our check-out—a young gentleman—provided excellent service and left a positive impression. Likewise, the female staff member at the restaurant near the lobby was impressively cheerful and attentive. The male staff member at the gym was also courteous and professional.

We take very seriously to the issues you raised about the language barrier at the front desk and the lack of attentive service upon arrival.To address the language issue, we will enhance English training for our front desk. Additionally, we will review and verify the location details on Google Maps to ensure guests can easily find our hotel. Regarding the shortcomings in arrival services, we will reinforce service awareness among our concierge team to guarantee timely and thoughtful welcome and luggage assistance for every guest. Hotel room is of good size,the rain shower was fantastic. Breakfast are of varieties and delicious. Hotel just next to subway station and convenient to travel around Wuhan.

Overall good. Low shower water pressure and light cigarette smell coming from the vents were unpleasant. No desk chair was inconvenient for working.
