Great location and nicely maintained hotel
It's a bit strange that the picture on this review showed Ramada but the address is correct for our hotel Four Points by Sheraton @ Xi'an Bell Tower. Perhaps Marriott had bought it over and refurbished it. In any case, the hotel is nicely furnished and well maintained. Location is great right next to the Muslim Quarter and Bell Tower.

Warm Hospitality - 热情好客
I have no regrets booking this hotel, we had a wonderful 4 days and would definitely return one day when the opportunity arises. Two words to sum up our stay - 热情好客 (warm hospitality).
A shout out to Pang Wen Ping and Momo Meng. We arrived around midday after travelling overnight, Momo was so kind, she gave us a room (thankfully there were available rooms too!). Whilst Momo Meng was checking us in, Pang Wen Ping brought us all welcome tea. Thank you to both ladies - so kind, warm & welcoming.
Pang Wen Ping, being part of the concierge team organised our tour to the Terracotta Warriors. It wasn’t like she sold us the tickets and forgot about us. She made sure we were out in front of the hotel at the correct time, on the right tour bus. Then followed up the next day to make sure we were comfortable and had a good time.
The hotel is conveniently situated. Walking distance to the Muslim Quarter, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Huimin Street and its surroundings. Lots of restaurants, street food options and shopping available nearby. You can’t go wrong choosing this hotel. There are lots of opportunities to dress up in hanfu as you walk towards the Bell Tower.
There’s free laundry facilities available at the end of the hotel lobby. Detergent is supplied. It can be a lengthy wait in the evening. There are two driers and washing machines. The room and bathroom is very clean. The bed is super comfortable. However, firmer pillows would be appreciated. Pillows were too soft, almost no neck support.
The breakfast offerings from Chinese to Western is absolutely delicious. There's a wide variety of foods. You can ask for noodles and wontons to be cooked on the spot.

Stayed at Ramada for four nights. The bed was firm and just right for sleeping. The towels are changed everyday and toiletries provided.
The buffet breakfast has very good range. I really liked the mushroom baos.
The location is 10 mins walk to Belltower or Muslim Quarter not very far at all.
The only thing I don't like is the smoky smell in hallways and provision of ashtray bin for smokers. It's not the hotels fault but to make it less desirable to smokers don't provide facilities which support smoking.

Perfect location. Clean and cozy room. Various shop near the hotel. Walking distance from the bell tower and the other scenic spots. Stuffs were friendly and helpful.

Our trip to Xian and stay at Ramada Bell tower hotel was very comfortable as its location and service was just perfect the rooms were nice and clean and it is located centrally with walking distance to most of the attractions and Subways which can take you to Terra Cotta too. Our lovely host Mary Wong also made us feel very comfortable and went extra mile to make our stay comfortable and suggested good places to visit too.
