It's 2min walk to Tang night walking street. Joy city shopping mall has great food choices. 10min walk to line4. Nice breakfast.

Requested for non smoking room but room toilet had a strong cigarette stench when we checked in. Second morning we were awoken by heavy drilling and renovation noise at 8am from the hotel's neighbours, this should have been prevented if the hotel management took more care in negotiating a later start time to renovation that surely cannot be at 8am!! After that, there was no hot water for showering..manager told us it will take 15-20 mins to fix. We waited for close to an hour before giving up and left as it was causing delays to our plans. When we were back in the evening, it still wasn't fixed and need a technician to come fix it. While it was fixed for the night, there was no hot water again the next morning. Service was terrible and it was an experience that totally ruined our stay in Xian.

I was initially thrilled about staying at this hotel, having read numerous positive reviews. However, my excitement was short-lived. On the first night, a large cockroach crawled across the bed, which completely ruined my stay. I couldn’t sleep and decided to check out the very next morning.
It’s a pity that hygiene seems to be an issue here, as the hotel had so much potential. Hopefully, they will address this problem to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Breakfast quite simple.
Kitchen facilities needs upgrade, especially the coffee machines ( in kitchen & entry) . Microwave too. We bought some food for supper & realise the microwave is out of order , quite disappointed.
Hotel location is good, counter staff also quite friendly.

Dear guest, we apologize for the bad experience you had. The hotel microwave suddenly broke down and we have purchased a new one for use. The coffee machine is located in the breakfast buffet area and not at the kitchen entrance. If you need to taste coffee in your daily life, we also have free coffee available in our lobby. We look forward to your next visit. Thank you!

But night counter staff were just not interested in guests checking out at 6am and continuing sleeping with lights off while guests struggling luggages themselves with lights off in reception area onto taxis. It seems we are not around and get back to sleep. No help at all
