Great experience at hotel

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable.
What made the stay even more memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Hardy at the entrance, who was always welcoming, helpful, and attentive. He explained to us patiently on how to make our way to our destination via subway as we are keen to try rather than Didi. I would also like to commend Jenny at the breakfast restaurant and the team at Haitianlou restaurant for their warm hospitality. They were friendly, informative, and made every dining experience enjoyable.
The excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and genuine hospitality made my stay truly pleasant. Thank you.

Nice place for business trip.

I stayed pan pacific Xiamen hotel almost 1 months for my business.During staying,we could enjoy breakfast everyday.Tast good,atmosphere also.The service personnel activity too.In addition,we could conduct training in sports gym 3F and run around the lake in holiday.There is a lake in front of the hotel.So,I could refresh in holiday.This hotel is really excellent.

I have been staying at this hotel for more than 10 years and can't fault it. The location is great, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are amazing! Elaine and Melet in particular always give me a warm welcome and make sure I'm looked after during my stay.

Great choice for long stays in Xiamen

I’ve been staying at Pan Pacific Hotel Xiamen since January, and for long stays it’s honestly perfect.
The rooms are luxurious – spacious, clean, and well maintained with everything you need to feel at home. The view is amazing. It really makes winding down after the day a lot nicer.
The hotel staff deserve a special mention. They’re extremely accommodating and genuinely helpful. Any request gets handled quickly and with a positive attitude, which makes a big difference when you’re staying for months.
Facilities are wonderful too. Everything feels well looked after and easy to use.
Location-wise, it’s in a very good spot with lots of dining options nearby, so you’re never short of places to eat without going far.
If you’re planning a long stay in Xiamen, I’d recommend it.
