We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! 1. The hotel offers complimentary pick up/drop off from train station. 2. The service standard is 6 stars! We remarked that we're staying for a special occasion the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room + offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite for us. 3. The hotel offers a lot of extra products and services like free cucumber mask/ free service laundry etc- the list is extensive. 4. Opposite a park for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend it!

We’ve never been to such a excellent hotel like this. Although the price is reasonable but the quality service is top of the notch. The room is spacious, everything is clean and well managed. The customer service staff is friendly, helpful. They gave us warm welcome, helped us to rent a car to visit places near Zhangye. The hotel restaurant is wonderful, we had all our meals in the hotel because the quality of food and the price is far more expected.
Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The room is spacious and customer service is excellent. Staff assisted us with the laundry so we did not have to do it ourself. The buffet breakfast has a variety of choice. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Zhangye.

This hotel is an absolute pleasure of our trip, their staff are so friendly and greeting us whenever we arrive or leave the hotel, room is clean and all towels are sanitized, they even offer disposable cover and alcohol wrap for toilet. Breakfast is amazing, served with all kinds of food and beverage. Mr Wang who picked us up and dropped us off is so nice and helpful. Will definitely come back again
