I entered the hotel at 9:00 p.m. and stayed on the 3rd floor. No one told me that the 2nd floor was a KTV. I sang and mourned until 0:30, and it continued. I couldn’t sleep at all with my two children, so I called the front desk. The front desk replied with super high energy, just let me endure it for another hour! Is it very powerful? I have no choice but to contact Ctrip customer service. The customer service staff immediately contacted the hotel to solve it. The hotel's reply was: add 100! Since the hotel is awesome, I can't live there anymore! The hotel means no refund, everyone, have you ever encountered such a hotel? I'd rather go out in the rain at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night and go out to find a hotel with my two children. Thank you very much to Ctrip customer service for your full cooperation and coordination! Ctrip refunded all the hotel fees in full. It's time to upvote. Thanks!
