Pilates and Mindfulness Retreat in Zhuhai Serensia Wood. Going on retreat is a gift. It is a powerful contribution to yourself. An allowance of self-care. Rewarding yourself, unapologetically. surrounded by the sounds therapy, making a handwritten copy of a sutra, value yourself. Rest, practice, and rejuvenate.

Room was modern, well designed and clean. Amazing swimming pool. Very good Chinese food in the main restaurant, especially the crispy pigeon. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

That was amazing stay at the hotel. Amazing staff and facilities, special thanks to Rita, Raymona, JR and Tina, they made our stay very comfortable. Beautiful location and food at the restaurant was delicious. We will definitely come back 🥰

We stayed there for four days for a long weekend getaway. The experience was very relaxing. The hotel has mountain bikes, so we went out everyday riding bikes to nearby parks. We also enjoyed the daily wellness classes and the state of art gym. I even tried out some of the medical services that focus on prevention. The hotel must’ve spent a lot of efforts sourcing these machines and services.
The location is far away from the city center. It was exactly what we liked for a remote relaxing get away.
My favorite part is the restaurant. The chef is amazing, and can cook so many different kinds of local Chinese and western cuisines. If this is in HK, it would probably receive a Michelin star rating.
