Can you improve the interior? I’m going to the wedding room. Wechat contact said it would be great , The bed sheet and quilt cover in the photos sent to me are bright red, so there is no need to prepare for anything. After booking the room, I found that the bedding was very low, and the red four-piece suit faded and turned yellow. Anyway, it cost 400 yuan a night, so I couldn’t afford to change to a better four-piece suit! They told me to change it to a red color, but they told me that there was no change. Didn’t you change it when the last guest checked out? It's outrageous, the marriage room deposit is 2000 and you have to sign an agreement. You didn't agree in advance, and you went to the front desk to deal with all kinds of pushes. What's the reason? I put on makeup at 1:30 in the morning, and changed a bed sheet that was also faded at almost 12:00 in the morning. I clearly said that I had to get up early and need to rest early, and I was still moaning. I'm going to give someone a toothbrush later. I had to do other things later, and I didn’t sleep the day before my wedding. What’s even more outrageous was that I gave the make-up artist a standard room. When I checked out, I insisted that there were stains in the room and I had to deduct the deposit. Shouldn’t you clean the room? The front desk and room service staff should really learn from the manager, communicate and solve problems in a timely manner, instead of looking for reasons to shirk.
