Estadía cómoda

Estuve allí hace días y la estadía fue genial, las camas cómodas, el aseo fantástico y la atención también, es un sitio central con habitaciones amplias y el desayuno no está mal. Tuve la oportunidad de conocer directamente su administrador y es alguien muy amable

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IT'S A SCAM

A fraud! We arrived at night, we went up to the room and nothing matched the photos, all the furniture was very old and in poor condition, the bed was hard and the old mattress couldn't even be laid on. Since we were with two small children we couldn't go anywhere else, the next day we wanted to take a bath and there was no hot water, the shower had no shower, a pipe that dropped the water very strongly and very cold.
It does not have a cafeteria as indicated in the advertisement, the dark room that overlooks an interior terrace, where no natural light reaches, but since it faces the street, the closed terrace can be heard all the noise.
We wanted to go and since we had made a booking reservation in which we paid for 3 nights, they told us that we cannot go because they will not refund our money. I told him that we felt cheated and that it was nothing like what we had contracted and They say that to leave I had to pay the booking commission and double what I had contracted with booking, I almost died of rage... a couple arrives to stay and they charge them 123,000 pesos a night when they were charging me 260,000 pesos a night and the Receptionist tells me that because I booked through the application but on top of that he wanted to charge me much more than what was said in my reservation.
I finally paid him the night we stayed and left.
It was the WORST EXPERIENCE in the hotels where we have been.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

Good location, clean, friendly.

Currently staying here. Not the most inspiring hotel ever but it is definitely clean, comfortable, spacious, right in the centre of time and great value for money. Breakfast was really good- eggs and arepas with coffee and fresh juice. Hot showers and friendly staff/manager.

Noche cómoda

Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy limpias, igual que el baño. Tienen televisor, ventilador, clóset y una pequeña nevera. En la que nos tocó daba a la calle y tenía un pequeño balcón, sin embargo, a pesar de eso no sentimos mucho ruido por la noche. El desayuno también es bueno.

Limpio pero demasiado ruidoso

Las habitaciones son correctas. Sin lujos pero limpias. El personal muy atento. Pero demasiado ruidoso. Se podría solucionar aislando un poquito mejor las ventanas al exterior y añadiendo un pequeño aparato de aire acondicionado.
