Low quality
Take care of the facade.
Keep the pool running during the hours of 8-10.
Ensure that there are no guests in common areas before turning off the air conditioning as happened in the restaurant and before turning off the lights as happened to us while we were working.
Have more variety in breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The comfort of the beds and pillows is not very good.
The personal internet does not have good reception and neither does the hotel's internet.
Very good work by Johan and Luis, good service at the front desk and they were always attentive, and the bellhops also provided very good service.

Hotels that are not even one star
From the arrival at the hotel, the service from the counter, the female receptionists are not friendly or cordial, they serve you with a look of I don't know what I'm doing here.
The bellhops are friendly, they are the ones who should be working the counter
The facilities are run-down, the rooms are not comfortable for families, they smell a lot like humidity, the bathrooms are not pleasant
The cleaning ladies do their best with the cleaning supplies they are given
The elevator does not have visible inspection certifications and everything rattles on it
There are no workspaces in the rooms, it is not possible to work with the internet because not even the personal internet signal comes in.
When you work in the hallway, they come and turn off all the lights at 10:00 sharp, this means that if you want to keep working, you can no longer do so.
They offer breakfast included but they only have one option in a buffet style, the waiters do their best with what they have.

I am a world traveler, and have stayed at many hotels around the world, and my stay was one of my worst experiences. Here are a list of the many issues that I experienced:
1) The bellman did not help with our big bags getting out of the taxi.
2) The front desk were very slow at check in and seemed disinterested. The staffer didn’t even let me know about the pool location and breakfast times and location.
3) In advance I asked the hotel to ensure I have a room that was free of air fresheners since I am allergic and they gave me a room with a strong perfume scent.
4) When we moved to a new room the bathroom faucet was leaking water. I had to go down to the front desk to report it twice. After the repairman completed his replacement he did not clean up and left the valve door open. Dirty boot marks
5) When it was time for a shower we noticed there was no hot water so we had to report it and have the maintenance person repair that issue.
6) One of the beds' head boards banged up against the wall and we had to place towel between it and the wall.
7) The toilet was inconsistent with flushing abd we had to wait a number of hours to get a flush.
8) I reported a number of these issues that were supposed to go to property manager and I never had the manager contact me.

Hotel needs renovation. Outdated. Power outage for 5 hours . Than refuse to provide 1 hour late check out.

It was clean, very nice staff but it’s an older building and so different rooms have different issues. Mine had no hot water and minor plumbing issue. Also, the safe wasn’t working but apart from that, it really was a great stay.
