Checking in was easy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The staff did not speak English. The rooms were clean and we experienced no problems. We were delighted with the hotel. Excellent value. We would choose to stay there again.

I loved this hotel: it was very clean and pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly at all times, and the breakfast buffet was delicious and always fresh. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it. Excellent experience!

Comfortable

I can only express gratitude for the beautiful space they gave me. It wasn’t just a stay, it was a place of rest, harmony and comfort where my body and spirit could be renewed.
Thank you for every detail, for the warmth in your attention and for creating an environment that feels like home. No doubt, when life takes me back to Bogota, I will return with an open heart to this place that leaves a mark on the soul

The staff at this hotel is fabulous. They anticipate your needs and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. Our only real complaint is that rooms on the front of the building can be very loud at night. They were able to move my room to the back of the building and that solved the issue.

Staff were very good, room and hotel was very clean. On my stay lift was out of service for 2 whole days, meaning walking up to breakfast on 8th floor. Restaurant said kitchen was closed at 9pm when I was there at 9.05pm, not very flexible. Some noise so must have thin walls. Great location for Corferias. Great value for money.
