This is my second visit to Cali, but I have no intention of coming a third.

I had stayed at the Intercontinental before. It's a slightly simpler hotel compared to the others. As long as you can communicate and understand the staff, they will take care to resolve your problems. Overall, it's not like a 5-star hotel. Breakfast might consist of one type of cheese, and sometimes a second cheese. Several types of eggs. Generally, it's fruit, fruit, and more fruit. To be honest, experiencing poor quality and cold coffee in Colombia wasn't very enjoyable. We didn't go hungry at other meals either, but I must say they weren't satisfying. Depending on what you're looking for in terms of location, it's a good option; I was happy with my stay in this area.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days, and I could not be happier. The room was very large, clean and totally updated. The bed was comfortable. The food at the restaurant was very tasty, although the service was at times a little slow. However, this is expected in most countries in Latin America and southern Europe. I loved this hotel and I could not recommend it more.

A great hotel with excellent service.

As a courtesy, they upgraded me to a suite, and the room 709 is spectacular. Completely renovated.
Living room, huge bed, and two full bathrooms.
The only downside is that the windows do not block out the street noise.
Other than that, the hotel is central, cozy, with a pool, good breakfast, and perfect service.
100% recommendable.
