EXCELLENT FAMILY-FRIENDLY HOTEL, COSY SPACE, CLEAN POOLS, BEACH NEARBY

About the room, space to cook, to clean and wash, as a suggestion change the single beds, about the hotel in general nice place to spend with the family, the pools clean above all another suggestion try to make the pool close type 10 at night to enjoy a little more at night.

AVERT!
They know exactly how to ruin your vacation! There are no coexistence rules here. At night you can't sleep because they're partying next door, and security doesn't worry. During the day they are renovating apartments, drilling and pumping all day. We were interrupted 4 times before check-in.
Apartment wrecked, cockroaches under my bed, no services, no toilet paper, cushions and dirty sheets. Our host didn't even apologize for what happened to us. A complete disaster!

Good Accommodation

The layout and layout of the apartments, building and the whole complex is excellent.
The pool area is perfect, as you can enjoy both adults and children. However, I would have liked them not to close it so early (7PM).
Unfortunately, the beach area is not the best. It's not so well taken care of and the waves are a bit strong. To enjoy white sandy beaches and more typical of the Caribbean, you have to take an excursion to the islands.
You need to rent a car or take a taxi, Uber etc. to reach the most touristic sites, such as the walled city and Gethsemane.

Wearing the wristband is mandatory throughout your stay. 🚫 Building Rules and Security 1. According to the Morros 3 Building's Horizontal Property Regulations and Community Manual, temporary guests are not permitted to receive visitors, either in the apartments or in the common areas. 2. Apartments have a maximum occupancy limit based on the number of bedrooms. It is not possible to accommodate more people than stipulated in the listing, even with additional payment. This rule is mandatory and non-negotiable according to the Morros 3 Building Horizontal Property Regulations. 3. By checking in at the building's reception, guests agree to comply with its internal regulations. 4. All guests must present original documents upon check-in at reception: ✔️ Colombian ID card (physical or digital), RC, TI, or NUIP. ✔️ Passport with stamps (foreigners) ✔️ MERCOSUR citizens: must bring their travel receipt ✔️ Venezuelan citizens: only PPT or passport is accepted ❌ Copies, PDFs, driver's licenses, or other documents are not accepted. ❌ Check-in is not possible without the required documentation. 5. Minors: If any minor is traveling without their parents, a notarized and authenticated permit is required, along with: - A copy of the minor's identity document (RC, TI, NUIP) - A photocopy of both parents' identity cards - Express authorization from the parents or guardians allowing the minor to enter as a guest This requirement is strictly enforced, as established in Law 679 of 2001, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006. Failure to provide this documentation will result in the minor being denied entry under any circumstances.
