Great experience
I stayed for four nights, and the experience was excellent. The rooms were always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The restaurant was one of the highlights of the stay, with a very good culinary offer and high-quality dishes.
I also want to highlight the attention of the entire team, always kind, attentive, and willing to help at any moment, which made my stay much more pleasant.
I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to those visiting the savanna.

Excellent service, outstanding customer care, and a great location
I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel during a professional course near Bogotá. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping guests.
What impressed me the most was their honesty and customer-oriented approach. I accidentally made a duplicate reservation through a booking platform after previously reserving directly with the hotel. Even though they were under no obligation to do so, the team kindly helped resolve the issue and refunded the duplicate reservation in full. That level of integrity and customer service is rare and deserves recognition.
The facilities are modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable, the food is excellent, and everything feels fresh and well cared for.
Another major advantage is the location. It is strategically situated for business travelers, professionals attending courses, meetings, or corporate events, as well as anyone who needs easy access to the main roads around Bogotá and Chía.
I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the entire team. They turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Worst hotel ever
I would not recommend this hotel.
The hotel is located in the middle of busy roads, and the traffic noise was constant throughout the night. I paid extra to book what was supposed to be their best room, but I still could not get a good night's sleep because of the noise.
There is no laundry service available, and while the food was okay and the staff were friendly and helpful, the management was very disappointing.
This hotel was the host property for a PGA Tour Americas event, yet communication was extremely poor. Players were not informed that breakfast would start at 7:00 AM on the holiday instead of the usual 6:00 AM. Many players planned their schedules around the normal breakfast time and were negatively affected.
In addition, there was no shuttle service provided despite it being part of the group package expectations. Overall, there was a serious lack of communication and organization from management.
The staff did their best, but management failed to deliver a quality experience. I will not stay here again.

I was a little hesitant at first because there was only one review, but after noticing the hotel was brand new, I decided to give it a try — and I’m very glad I did.
It was a great experience staying here. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable.
The restaurant staff — David, Jose, Julian, Andres, and the rest of the team — were amazing and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options.
From the moment I arrived, Harold made sure I was comfortable in my room and well taken care of.
They also have great areas for events and gatherings.
I will definitely come back and strongly recommend this place.
