Clean and comfortable, with a family-run atmosphere and a genuine sense of care that made us feel very welcome
The place is lovely and clearly well cared for. Everything was clean, comfortable, and matched our expectations for the price. The pool was in great condition and nicely located close to the cabins.
We had a great stay overall. The breakfast was varied, and each day they made an effort to introduce us to a new tropical fruit or local dish, which was a really nice touch. We also appreciated the freedom to arrange our own excursions, and it was easy and inexpensive to get to the city by tuk-tuk. The staff were always incredibly helpful and attentive, doing everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

Bad treatment.
A terrible deal, I recommend nothing.
I stayed two nights in the hotel and they wouldn't give us dinner. Dinner was served from 19:00 until 20:30, we arrived at 20:00 and we were not given anything to eat.
When we arrived we insisted that they put anything since we were inside the hours and above there was nothing near the hotel to eat something and we were not given anything claiming that the kitchen would close.
Unfortunate.

A different experience in Leticia
The staff is very kind, always willing to help and give information about tours, tourist spots, transportation… (for dinner or lunch at the hotel you have to ask for it in advance, they may call a taxi or tuk tuk, book tours through Amazon river and other villages, food deliveries, etc.). The hotel is located about thirty minutes walking distance from Leticia's downtown. The simple bungalows are cozy, no aircon but a fan, at night you can hear a lot of animals' sounds, but is all about it: you are being part of the jungle. The cleaning of the room could be improved, but as for the bathroom it was entirely clean.
Water pressure in the shower is low and temperature kinda cold, but it is not a big deal for most people because weather is very hot and humid.

A calm place near the jungle.
The taxi driver that took us to the hotel from the airport. Ask why we choose a hotel "so far" (5 minutes drive) from the city center. I just answer that it looked good. When we arrived I understood that I made the right decision. The hotel is located in a calm neighbour of Leticia and very close to the forest, sometimes little monkeys dare to come from the trees and you can feed them.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. And you can taste the real flavor of colombian food. (Instead of the fancy stuff they serve you at big resorts)
There are some details that the hotel can improve like putting a little bar, and better wayfinding from the city (some biketaxists still get lost). But is very organized, clean and calm.

Great option for amazon experience.
The hotel is a great option when going to the amazon colombian part (Leticia), is a little bit out from downtown but remember leticia is still really small, so theres no problem getting there is going to take you 10 min from everywhere and les than 3 dollars, the hotel has beatuiful cabins with two floors, one bathroom and hamaca and a balcony and the crew is amazingly polity and beautiful people. if you need meals throughout the day you can get then there no problm, if you want to enjoy the pool they have a nice one, and if you want to enjoy monkeys this is the great part, one of the memebers crew has a very good relationship with some small monkeys called "Lecheros" from the TITI family ask them you may see them and you could even feed them.
