I loved Hotel Manantial.

The room was very cozy, the food was delicious, and the room delivery was super fast, the air conditioning worked well which I liked, and the pools were impeccable; I would recommend bringing earplugs or providing them to guests, 10 out of 10, highly recommended, and the service was very good.

The experience was incredible, the hotel is very well set up, the food is delicious, the service is incredible, and the cleanliness is too. What we liked most is that it is in a very family-friendly environment and, apart from that, the hotel's location allows us to move everywhere since it is in a really very central part. The staff is very respectful, they always served us with respect, love, and above all, we had no complaints whatsoever. Apart from that, the aquatic area facilities worked very well.. Highly Recommended

Cocktails need improvement.

Superb stay and facilities. However, the cocktails need improvement regarding the liquor, as the ones we tried had just a pinch and did not match what was on the menu.

Good but not perfect

The food quality has decreased significantly, both the breakfast included which offers few options and little food, as well as the purchased meals, we were served cold food, and we also had to call the front desk because the air conditioning was not cooling.
