nice and comfortable but with flaws

It is a hotel in soul, beautiful. The rooms are good, the restaurant is good, the service is very good, but there were errors in service (they had not made a market for lunches), a little laziness in the restaurant, the pool area lacks "caring", there is careless things and lack of maintenance.
In addition, the area is a bit "heavy", very lonely and looks abandoned around.
The room is large and very comfortable.

we first knew we had a problem when, at 9pm in the bus station, not a single taxi would take us to the address for the hotel we'd booked online. with a bit more conversation, we realised we'd booked a place in Neiva--on the coast. and, as it turns out, most hotels in Nieva won't take foreigners. El Poblado was our 5th or 6th or 7th attempt to find a place to stay that wouldn't break the bank.
room clean, bed comfortable, shower strong (no hot water, but normal for this area). only problem was that front (cheaper) rooms are alongside an alley which gets noise until about midnight.
the staff were fantastic. they helped us book our next 2 nights' accommodation, had advice on transport, and kept our bags overnight while we went to visit the desert. we were changing our plans quite often, but they were very patient.

Bueno, interesante

Habitaciones amplias, cómodas, limpias, con buena dotación. Decoración interesante y atractiva. Buena y cálida atención del personal. Piscina pequeña y en buen estado.
Para advertir que ninguna habitación cuenta con vista exterior.
Lamentablemente el sector no le favorece, por la seguridad y belleza, aunque está cerca al malecón del río.

Excelente hotel

Muy buen hotel, muy fácil llegar en carro o en transporte publico, tienen WIFI de cortesía, el personal del hotel siempre atento a todos los requerimientos, la piscina es agradable, la limpieza de todo el lugar es perfecta, con aire acondicionado y nevera en la habitación, todo completo y limpio, Desayuno incluido y variado, también ofrecen servicio a la carta de almuerzos y cenas y lo sirven junto a la piscina si lo desea!
El parqueadero es en la esquina, el hotel cubre 12 horas de cortesia.

Impecable por su diseño, amplitud y comodidad de las habitaciones y las instalaciones complementarias. El restaurante super-agradable. Muy buen relacion calidad-precio cerca del centro de Neiva. cuenta con parqueadero a media cuadra
