pleasant is close to all the main sights of the island

The rooms are spacious and family friendly. The lady who deals with breakfast is extremely attentive and friendly. In addition, there is a small grocery store nearby, and the beach is just 200 metres away. The rooms are also air conditioned for maximum comfort.

Horrible attitude

I traveled with great enthusiasm and this place completely ruined the experience. The owners are conflicted, unkind and do not know how to treat people. I've never felt so bad in a hotel.
In addition, there were very strong situations: shouting, fighting, pushing and violence. It was a very uncomfortable and even traumatic experience. I would never come back and recommend others to look for much better options in Providencia.

It had a good location but was a bit worn down and I had problem with a tour I paid for but the staff claimed I didn’t and made me feel uncomfortable.
