Great place for a stopover.

We stayed first one night in Diamonds hotel before we went on a three days tour to Punta Gallinis.
The front desk were very helpful,they had arranged for our car to be safe parked not far from the hotel.
The room is clean,with a nice shower. Breakfast included sitting outside to enjoy a cool breeze.
After our three day tour we stayed two more nights to relax.

Comfortable but very noisy neighbors

The hotel is comfortable and clean, located in a non-commercial residential area, comfortable beds, perfect for spending a couple of nights, unfortunately they have very noisy neighbors who played very loud music until 8 am. All guests complain.

Below Average Hotel

Stayed 1 night after a 3 day tour to Punta Gallinas. Clean hotel with very average ammentities. No window in the room (none have outside windows). No hot water and broken shower head. Shower floor sloped away from drain so water went onto the bathroom floor. Breakfast was below average - tiny bit of scrambled eggs and a dry piece of toast. Really?
WiFi worked, but slow. Location is good - only 5 minutes walk to restaurants on the coast.
Would not stay again. Better options in the area.

Good service

The Hotel is very well located, access to the beach walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the hotel is very clean and breakfast is simple but delicious. Good price for the service you get. I totally recommend it!

Great Stay in Riohacha

This is a new hotel since I last visited Riohacha 3 years ago. The hotel is modern and clean. I speak Spanish so had no problems with the staff. Non Spanish speakers could have some difficulty. The Malecon along the beach is easily walk-able from the hotel, and the fabulous price makes the walk worth it. Hotels along the malecon are three times more expensive. Thumbs up for Hotel Diamonds.
