Brilliant Hotel

This lovely Boutique Hotel is outstanding. Rooms are great, food is delicious (the steaks are amazing) and the staff are some of the best I've ever dealt with. Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit here again.

Very unkempt and not considered welcome

Never again!!!! Go to several hotels for testing, which was by far the worst with 4 stars, that should be taken away again.

Very bad

The hotel looks quite nice at first glance if you take a closer look at the rooms they have not been maintained since the opening I was already there two years ago in the same room back then we already said that the shower (shower head) is broken was still so from the sewage raw come very very unpleasant smells staff I not nice and the best you get bread from the day before there is no contact person maybe it was once with 5 stars I personally am very disappointed and advise everyone to look for something else maybe I am also too churlish but I that we spend so much money then you should also get fresh bread PS. I then bought bread from the baker

Hotel Rubis

I stayed in Kosovo for 4 days at the Hotel Rubis because my friend was celebrating his wedding in Ferizaj.
The staff was great and always friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect and pretty much in the center.
The price-performance ratio is very good.
There are great shops nearby.
Restaurants, bars, shopping.

Fantastic boutique hotel with fantastic people. Wonderful food and service from the following group. Staff members went above and beyond. Arbnora, Afrim, Donjeta,Shkelqim,Arbnora H,Flamur,Naim,Mexhid,Kujtim,Riad,Mirjeta,Besime,Kimete,jetmire,Dardan,Leonard,Hamid,Burim,Olti,Hamide,and Fanol . Outstanding service guys . Thank you .
This hotel is a gem in Kosovo , I loved the place and I will return for pleasure with my family when I can .
