Poor service and amenities.
Cons: Outdated electrical system, poor WIFI reception, some unfriendly staff members, and no security for a panhandler outside who was heckling passersby.
We were a large group on an EF tour and they were paid while we were there to prepare our meals. A few of us had food restrictions that mostly went ignored in spite of the fact that they had been given a month’s advance notice to prepare. Definitely not our favorite hotel on this trip and given the choice we’d book elsewhere. Do better, Boyeros!

Regarding WiFi connectivity, we are pleased to inform you that this week we completed the installation of a brand-new WiFi system, significantly improving coverage and speed throughout the entire hotel.
Our electrical system complies with all current safety standards and certifications. Additionally, we are implementing improvements to expand the number and accessibility of outlets in our rooms, ensuring greater comfort for our guests.
We sincerely regret that your dietary restrictions were not addressed to the standard you deserved, and we deeply apologize for that. We are strengthening our internal communication process so that every guest with specific requirements receives clear, proactive confirmation of how their needs are being met — both before and throughout their stay. We are committed to ensuring our guests feel fully confident and taken care of.
Regarding our team and the overall service experience, we hold ourselves to a high standard of hospitality. We will be conducting a thorough internal review to identify specific areas for improvement and ensure that every guest feels genuinely welcomed and well cared for at all times.
