Don't go to this resort--NOT a 3.5 star!

Our rooms, bed, pillow ,air conditioning was fine but room service was spotty--one day no towels, another day they did even get to thr room by 4:30pm.
Food was very very basic, and after 2 full weeks of pork or chicken dishes I waz done..great lack of variety, not great quality food at any meal, pools were good but pool furniture was lacking and what they gad was rotten and disgusting. Pool towels were threadbare, some had stains on them and some had holes in them.

Would not recommend

I went with my sister and she is on oxygen and doesn’t get around well. It is on a huge hill and the shuttle is not dependable. The food is limited and not good and the same is true for the drinks. The water was cold in the shower all but one day. The electric went off and we had to change rooms on the last day. On the plus side, they were fairly friendly and the view from the restaurant was nice - there is no view from the rooms except the side of a hill. I definitely wouldn’t recommend the place for all inclusive. It was fairly inexpensive but not inexpensive enough given what they offer.

Wait staff at 1 restaurant were very nice. There are no clean bath towels. You are to use the 2 towels that the decorative swan is made out of. When we undid them, they were very old towels with stains. My car towels look better than this. Front desk said only option was to give us pool towels. They looked better in blue but stunk. Room is bare bones needs a paint job as walls are chipping. Shower has no door and there is a large jetted tub that consumes the bathroom. Waste of space. The view from the property is pretty. Limited WiFi. Only works at restaurants.

This is NOT a good option!

The location is wonderful! The views were wonderful. The atmosphere was friendly. While the rooms were a bit dated, they were clean. However there were not towels, we had to ask/beg... Finally we received two bath towels, NO hand towels or wash clothes and NO kitchen towels. Beach towels have to be checked out at the front desk, which is only open a small window of time. Towel exchange is not available in the evenings. On our last day they brought a bath mat. Also, there were BIG bugs in the rooms. All of this is do able. What was not do able was the food. The have very limited time frames to eat AND it is all buffet. The quality of the food was horrible, the taste was horrible too. I am not a fussy eater, when I saw the reviews, I thought, well, you can always find something to eat. Not the case here. Out of our 5 day stay there was fruit available only one morning. Ended up going to COCO and brought back a pizza which lasted us a few days. Just ate while we were out on excursions, which defeats the purpose of all inclusive. I've tried loading the video of the food bar, it won't let me.
There is NOT any WIFI. Supposedly working on it. When we were in Coco and mentioned the resort to locals, they said, oh, no hot water or WIFI, which leads me to believe they've been "working on it" for some time now.
This resort is on a very steep hill. The claim to have a "bus/golf cart" that runs every 5-10 minutes. THIS IS NOT the case. In the mornings, it ran fairly regularly. In the evenings, the wait was 40-60 minutes. We climbed the hill to find the driver sitting at the reception area. We told him there were some elderly people waiting to come from the beach, he left to get them and then parked again. Lots of times we had to ask the security guard to call them to come pick up.
We booked through World Wide Vacations, they sold this as a 5 star resort. I would give them a 1 star for the resort, location, defiantly 5 stars.

The food and the place in general is not worth paying that much money for something that is completely abandoned and not sustainable
