Comfortable option and nice place.

Comfortable room, a bed you want to take with you, hot water, refrigerator, air conditioning. Beautiful facilities, a lovely garden, and a large pool. Common areas for cooking.
I loved the balcony. 1000% recommended.
Christian the owner takes care of you very kindly. I will be back!!

I like the balance of peace and fun.

I like the balance of peace and fun. The place is very quiet throughout the day which allowed me to work on my super relaxed pc. In the evening having the option of shared kitchen it was natural to make friends with whom we then went for a walk and surfed on some nearby beaches.
The rooms are very nice, very comfortable mattress. Something I want to highlight is the hot shower that is not always offered in Costa Rica and after surfing a hot shower is best.
I'm coming back!

Rooms are basic, kind of dark. It's clean and quiet and the owners are super nice and helpful. There is a shared kitchen area. Great pool. But if you don't have a car or golf cart, it's a 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

Basic stay, more of a motel/hostel vibe than lodge/hotel. Pool was mostly used for outside lessons so time allowed in was limited and with our room next door this was noisy early in the morning. Fridge & a/c worked well, limited bedding, lumpy pillows. More of a budget stay being off the main streets of Tamarindo, but easy parking!
