Nice stay

Hotel is very calm and quiet. Nice rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast wasn't super various but satisfying. Very nice location, right in centre of the city. Very comfy to walk over Habana vieja

Good hotel for a short visit to Havana

We were almost the only guests during our tour and were very well looked after. The breakfast was very individual and rich, the rooms spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly.

Excellence in La Habana Vieja !

The Staff is 5 Star ⭐️
Julio & Mariam the desk managers just to name a few, are very Professional, as well as Carlos the General Manager. Any thing you need, their attention to detail is way above excellent. The rooms are spacious , modern with a touch of old world, and the cleanest I have seen. Everybody who works here is friendly, and helpful.
The Roof top Bar is the best view of La Habana Vieja, not to mention the entire city. Their location right on the Plaza Vieja can’t be beat. You walk out the front door right into the heart of La Havana Vieja, and all of its Old World charm. All the Best restaurants are just steps away.
I’ve stayed in many other hotels in Habana, but now I’ve found a home away from home at Palacio Cueto. It’s why I’ve stayed here 10 times in the past. I feel like I’m home when I stay here.
Do yourself a favor, and stay at Palacio Cueto for your own one of a kind experience of Cuban Excellence, and Hospitality. See you there sometime I hope.

Havana

Perfect location in Old Havana on one of the four squares in a renovated building. Rooms big enough. There was no hot water at all. The WiFi finally worked after several emergency calls. Dinner cold and at breakfast cups were missing and there was a shortage of pastries. Rooftop bar - beautiful view, but the staff here were unwilling and unpleasant, they had nothing to offer except rum.
