I had an exceptional experience hosting my private celebration at this hotel. From the very beginning, everything was organized professionally, and the entire team was incredibly friendly, flexible, and accommodating.
A special thank you to Jemellie, Almontaser, and Sonia for their outstanding support and dedication. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and their professionalism truly made the event stress-free and memorable.

Nickel and Akila are absolutely fantastic, and their smiles are so sweet!
The food is very excellent, clean and fresh, and the packaging is done regularly. I liked that the bread was covered to preserve it.
As for the staff, honestly, the service was very fast. They kept coming by to ask if we wanted anything to drink or needed anything specific. The staff were very cheerful, and their welcome was excellent. What was even better was that they were smiling despite the presence of children and noise. This didn't bother them at all; on the contrary, their welcome was wonderful.
