Great breakfast bad toiletries

Well located and has great views shortly walk from old town and you can't get lost as you can see the hotel for miles!
Rooms accessed by a long corridor.
Rooms decent enough but shower gel so thin and watery that it was next to useless.....
Good beds very good breakfast with plenty of choices but if busy you might wait 30 mins for an omelette.

The room on the 24th. floor was fantastic, with an incredible view of the city, the service was friendly.
We travel exclusively in Radisson hotels and in comparison with other hotels of the brand, it was the worst breakfast we have ever had in a Radisson hotel. Selection options were not as usual compared to other Radisson hotels. On a large part of the tables there was dirty tableware, which was also not cleared away. That way, no atmosphere develops. Due to the poor breakfast service, we would not choose this hotel again for our next stay.

Nice experience

Lovely staying in a modern environments the hall is impressive, the bar (the serve the best chicken sandwich in town) is looking good, the staff is very kind. Do not forget to visit the Sky Bar on the 26th floor

Mixed Experience During Our Balticum Holiday Stay

We stayed for a few nights as part of our Discover Balticum holiday. We arrived by bus from Tallinn but had forgotten to check the bus stops, so we ended up staying on the bus all the way to the central bus station since our luggage wasn’t easily accessible. There was actually a bus stop right outside the hotel, and if we had checked beforehand, we could have used it. Instead, we ended up with a nice 15‑minute walk in 28 degrees.
The hotel has a good location but has clearly seen better days. As VIP members, we received an upgrade to the 20th floor with a beautiful view of the city. However, the room was tiny, which was a bit disappointing. For example, there was nowhere to put our small suitcase — it had to stay closed in the entrance due to lack of space.
The biggest disappointment was the bar on the 26th floor. As hotel guests, we still had to pay an entrance fee, and then wait for a table in a half‑full bar/restaurant. We even had to argue to get a table with a view, even though several were available.
Another small issue was with the complimentary drink tickets. We received a ticket for only one person, and had to argue to get one for the second guest staying in the same room. Not good.

Terrible

The “big” outdoor pool is closed for renovation. I booked this hotel (quite far from the old town) just because of the pool. When I complained about the pool being unavailable (I discovered just at check-in) the male receptionist told me “You’ll need to be back in October for that” and laughed (showing his total lack of customer care skills). I asked to cancel (this is no acceptable attitude and business practice), the hotel refused.
