Worst Experience: NO SERVICE AT ALL
Guys ma hada yruh 3ala hayda el resort, no response at all mn el frontdesk , even from the housekeeping. Fi riha gharibe betkoun bel ouwad betshemouwa awal ma betfouto. I tried calling them 3ala whatsapp w ellon eno lesh ma hada aam bered, hata they did not say sorry . Gharib, i dont recommend at all. El service heye kel shi w i had a very bad experience ma3on. Sure will share my feedback on google.

The worst experience ever
They are liars who hide crucial information when you book, just to trick you into coming!
When you reserve a room at a resort, you expect to spend two full days at the pool with your family. However, at this resort, check-in is after 3:00 PM, meaning you only get a short afternoon at the pool on your first day. Worse yet, you cannot even shower before leaving on the second day. They claimed they were renovating the showers, leaving only two disgusting stalls with no hot water! If you plan to have dinner or dessert in Batroun before heading home, you can forget about it. When booking, they explicitly told us, "Yeah, sure, when you check out at 12:00 PM, you can still use our public showers and stay at the resort." It was a total lie.
They are also renovating the stairs, which forces everyone to wait all day for their incredibly slow mini-elevator.
Relaxing by the pool is impossible because the lifeguards blow their whistles all day long, constantly arguing with guests over their stupid, rigid rules.
To top it off, the security guards are incredibly rude. They aggressively confiscated the treats we brought for our kids, snapping that outside food isn't allowed. The worst part? They did this while we were literally eating sandwiches bought from the resort's own restaurant! I am buying lunch from your venue and staying in your hotel—it is completely normal to have a few small treats with me. Front desk management only offers empty apologies. They do absolutely nothing to accommodate you as a paying guest, like letting you use the many private cabins near the pool.
Save your money and do not go here. There are so many other resorts in Batroun for the same price—or even less—with far better service.

Property was in a great location with large pool and direct access to ocean. Great music and DJ. The restaurant adjacent was excellent. The rooms were updated well with a great view.
However the staff needs more training they could not answer basic questions, they did not tell us about the property, any amenities or direction.( ie: the pool staff bar told us we could not charge to our room and had to pay cash) Our room was not ready, we waited well past check in time. Even then, It was barely cleaned and not cleaned during our stay. We even had to go to front desk twice to request toilet paper and towels as they did not answer when we called reception desk.
I think they could be a really great resort but they need more training and quality service to be called a resort.

This is the worst experience I’ve had so far in the hotel. At check in they gave us the room key, we arrive to the room and the door is open and room not ready with dirty sheets piled up on the bed and dirty towels.
Then what’s worse is that at checkout they charged us $20 for dirty towels because they had makeup on them?! Never heard of this one before
