Fantastic
I had an excellent experience at Urban Hotel. The service was outstanding, and the staff were consistently welcoming, professional, and attentive. I have been staying here for the past five years, and the quality has always remained exceptional. The swimming pool is well maintained, and the concierge and reception team always provide prompt and friendly assistance. I highly recommend Urban Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Stay at HUG and have fun
Great atmosphere in the heart of Hamra! Very nice and lively roof top pool, a great gym and very nice employees.
All for a very acceptable price.

Amazing hotel
I visited this hotel with my family and went to the pool everything is nice service is nice and the whole staff is friendly especially mhmd ali who helped me during the check in and with the review i rated them badly on booking by mistake but i came here hoping to fix it anyways great hotel would recommend.

Friendly hotel
I always visit this hotel ever weekend with my friend and its amazing frm the gym to the pool and the reception especially mhmd ali who greets me with a wide smile every time i come down to him seriously the best staff in town especially the hotel spot is amazing located in the heart of beirut but there is one problem.
The walk in price is much different from the website for some reason i really hope the management considers adjusting the price atleast for frequent visitors that would be very much appreciated thank you so much in advance sending love from hamra. Best regards.

The place where old.
The cleaning was not good, especially the bathroom. Vi were 5 persons and only got 1 or to towels a day.
The cleaning people asked all the time if the rooms were ready to be cleaned. Knoked at the door too often.
You can get your clothing cleaned. We did, but the lady stoped the dryer, so the clothing was wet, and had a bad smell.
Apart from this, the rest of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
The elevator was not functioning properly. It suddenly started moving downward, and we became trapped on level -4 and were unable to get out. We wanted to use the emergency alarm, but the alarm inside the elevator was not working either. We therefore had to shout for help and wait, hoping someone would hear us. At last we came out.
There was no apology from the hotel owner or management—only from a very helpful member of staff.
Overall, I would say the hotel is in very poor condition, particularly due to the inadequate safety measures regarding the elevator.
The carpet in the hallway was so dirty that our feet turned black after walking down the corridor just once.
