Clean and convenient

The staff was the nicest part of this small apartment. It's really a hotel with a tiny kitchenette, but that was all we needed. We stayed there three nights, two different times, on our way to/from the airport.
It's not located near any of the sites, but the neighborhood has everything you might need, including a nice place for breakfast pizzas and a barber.

decent and good value

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. it was clean and comfortable enough. we didn't get a view in our suite but there are suites with views. it was kind of hard to find at the beginning but don't get me wrong the location in generally central pretty close to hamra and the beach. the breakfast was fresh and tasty. i would say its a good place to stay in beirut especially if you're here to run errands the room is nice clean with a fridge a stove a coffee maker. its pretty practical if you intend to stay for a while.

Amazing visit and time spent in Beirut

The room was very spacious, neat, and very clean. The bed sheets were really comfortable and pillows are in a great shape. Location was very convenient as it is in the heart of Beirut, staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Thank you Ahmed, and Park Lane staff for making this trip enjoyable, comfortable and cozy.

Awful and rude daytime male receptionist!

The only good thing to say about this place is the view. Suit somehow not practical for 2 people with suitcases. Bathroom small. Cleaning : haven't seen them in 2 days.
The male receptionist in the reception doesn't care, arrogant unprofessional and rude.
However the night receptionist was very friendly.
I give only 1 because first impression was unpleasant and we did NOT feel welcome or wanted here.
Neighborhood extremely boring. Hamra is the place to be!
Will NEVER recommend this to anyone. On the other hand I'll warn people not to go here.
