Great experience, great host

This was a lovely hotel, great staff, very friendly and very professional. Highly recommended. I look forward to going back again.

Filthy rooms, dirty bathrooms, bad location, fake photos

This hotel is a filth hole, avoid it at all costs. The hotel posts images that look okay, but when you arrive there, you will the mold and the rude and trashy manager (Madame Bibiana).
There are many many other better options in Byblos, don't be fooled by the price, it can be low at times for a reason. The hotels has a very bad smell, its very old, and they will totally rip you off if you provide your credit card to them, they keep accumulating charges and random fees.

The hotel isn’t like it’s advertised

My stay at this hotel was a series of disappointments. The check-in process was slow and disorganized, setting the tone for the rest of the visit. The room was not properly cleaned, with dust and grime in several spots, and the bedding didn’t feel fresh. The biggest issue was the constant delays with room service—every time we ordered, it took ages to arrive, and a few times they completely forgot

Terrible gym equipments

They claim to have a fully equipped gym, but the reality is far from what they advertise. The so called gym is located in the parking area below floor level, with no service and it's an absolute disaster. The equipment is old and rusted and completely outdated. It's clear they haven't maintained in years

No Respect for Privacy

I was very disappointed with the housekeeping service at Vu'z. The cleaning staff had no respect for guests' privacy. The cleaning lady would knock on the door just once and then immediately enter the room without waiting for a response. This happened multiple times during my stay, making it clear that there was no consideration for whether guests were in the room or needed privacy.
This lack of respect and professionalism made my stay uncomfortable, and I would not recommend Vu'z to anyone who values their personal space.
